Dale has over 30 years experience in the in-vitro diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare industries, leading numerous teams in both growing existing categories as well as introducing new product offerings. Indeed, a significant area of Dale’s career has been dedicated to launching new products globally, increasing share in market-leading brands, and driving substantial market expansion in his capacity as an executive for several major pharmaceutical companies.

Dale felt drawn to the idea that he could positively impact men’s lives in the men’s sexual health profession, leading to the opening of Northeast Men's Health in 2017. Since then, Northeast Men’s Health has grown from one office in Salem to a number of offices serving men across the greater Boston Area.

Though he has done much in the medical field, Dale believes the establishment of these high-performing men’s sexual health practices in the Northeast to be the greatest accomplishment of his professional career. To date, Northeast Men’s Health has served thousands of men with treatments for a variety of sexual health issues, advanced the already-successful model to help improve all Promeniq Partner Practices, while simultaneously establishing a highly-fulfilling work environment for his staff.

Dale’s primary goal is to build trust with his patients and have them see all Promeniq affiliated practices as a safe place to be open and honest about some of their most private issues. He is also passionate about de-stigmatizing the narrative around men’s sexual health, and is actively combating these stereotypes through his Promeniq offices in the Northeast. By delivering outstanding medical outcomes and treating patients with dignity, respect, and the best care they can provide, Dale believes Northeast Men's Health is fully equipped to change men’s lives for years to come. 

Dale attended Southern New Hampshire University, where he received a B.S. in Marketing. He then went on to acquire an MBA at the University of New Hampshire, Whittemore School of Business

Before joining the Northeast Men's Health team, Jared worked in a community emergency department for six years. He found the Northeast Men's Health practices to be a welcoming environment that encourages working as a team and feels confident that he can now help thousands of men without the interference of insurance companies. 

Jared is continually learning more about the latest breakthroughs in men’s sexual health, implementing those treatments at Northeast Men's Health, and setting the standard for excellence in the field. He encourages men to reach out to a Northeast Men's Health practice near them to receive the most current treatment methods available and the best care in the industry.

Jared received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Rhode Island and a master’s degree in physician assistant studies from MCPHS University.

Jared is an established partner with Northeast Men's Health, but even more than that, he is a people-person. Since joining the Northeast Men's Health team, he has been developing and supporting staff to more efficiently and effectively get men the help they deserve. With roughly 20 years’ experience in both human and animal pharmaceuticals, along with expertise in sales, marketing, and operations, Jared has spent years building teams through effective hiring and coaching to create an ideal working culture and get the most out of every individual.

After seeing the great work Northeast Men's Health provides for their patients, it was a no brainer for Jared to join. He wanted to join a company that had the integrity, ethics, and skill set to aid thousands of men, all while working with a great leadership team made up with friends he could trust.

Jared believes that Northeast Men's Health is changing the narrative behind men’s health. It is a topic that has typically been silenced, but he wants men to seek help regarding their sexual health issues. Jared believes that men shouldn’t have to sacrifice the things they enjoy doing, including sex, through all stages of life.

Jared received a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from East Stroudsburg University.

Nick Heiden is a dedicated Physician Assistant (PA-C) whose journey in the field of Men's Sexual Health has led him to NEMH. Nick holds a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies, earned from Marywood University. His professional history includes serving as a Surgical PA at Danbury Hospital, where he honed his skills and gained invaluable experience. In this role, his goal is to consistently deliver high-quality medical care, demonstrating his diligence to patient well-being.

What sets Nick apart is his passion for helping men find a safe space to seek sexual health treatment, a vital and often underappreciated aspect of healthcare. This passion led him to the team at Northeast Men's Health, where he saw the exciting potential for growth and impact in the field of Men's Health. As a member of the NEMH staff, he is determined to educate patients and provide viable solutions to their sexual health concerns. Through his experience across various medical specialties, Nick has found that men often don't prioritize their health. His goal is to change this mindset, guiding patients towards achieving optimal sexual health and overall well-being.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Nick enjoys moments spent with family and friends, practicing jiu-jitsu, and playing the ukulele in his free time.

Thomas Breslin is a skilled Nurse Practitioner, holding a Masters in Nursing from Regis College. With an impressive 6 years in the intense field emergency medicine, Thomas brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the practice. He knows that a kind and approachable nature can create an environment where men feel comfortable discussing their sexual health needs. He deeply values the doctor/patient relationship, and his holistic approach truly helps men transform from suffering to empowered.

Thomas is compelled by the ever-improving and cutting-edge treatments in the field of men’s sexual health, and is driven to be a lifelong learner. A pivotal member of his team, Thomas fosters an atmosphere of collaboration and elevated patient care through collective expertise.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Thomas enjoys playing ice hockey, surfing, and fishing. However, his greatest joy comes from spending quality time with his wife and two children.

Dave Romano is a talented Physician Assistant with a Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Tufts University. His years-long medical background is in trauma, general, vascular, and thoracic surgery with an unwavering devotion to patient satisfaction.

Dave’s mission is to destigmatize men’s sexual and lifestyle health concerns, provide accessible treatments, and empower men to improve their lives without shame or embarrassment. Through education and honesty, he seeks to address common health issues and deliver effective solutions. Dave values the long-term relationship to his patients, and wants to see them thrive in the years to come. His patients don’t need to live with these health conditions, and he, in turn, thrives on helping them heal.

Beyond his dedicated work in healthcare, Dave cherishes time with his beautiful family and enjoys both watching and playing hockey.

Nicole Abate is an experienced Physician Assistant, earning her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from Springfield College in Massachusetts. She has previous experience in men’s health, specializing in hormone replacement, weight loss, and anti-aging solutions before coming to Northeast Men’s Health. Nicole is dedicated to enhancing patient health, and is passionate about helping men boost their energy, enhance their sexual wellness, and improve their quality of life. 

Nicole also has a background in medical research, and is fully committed to staying up-to-date on the latest medical advancements. But beyond her medical skills, Nicole also has an innate ability to connect with her patients and make them feel safe and heard. Her goals are to deepen her expertise in men's health, and create an environment where patients feel supported by an incredible team…while receiving tailored, cutting-edge treatments. Nicole’s passions extend to reading, baking, traveling, and pickleball.

Robyn Bianco is an exceptional Adult Nurse Practitioner who successfully led the Dedham facility launch back in 2020, exceeding all expectations. She has a Masters of Science in Nursing from Northeastern University, Boston.

Her impressive career history includes 25 years in obstetric and gynecology, advocating for women and their needs. She became an expert in hormonal imbalances, sexual disorders, sexual health and overall satisfaction. That wealth of knowledge and experience brought her to NEMH. At the time, Robyn was looking for a career change and new challenges that would enable her to grow professionally. The team at NEMH knew what an incredible asset she would be, and the wealth of knowledge and leadership skills that she would bring to the table. So, she took a leap of faith and never looked back.

She leads the team with incredible skill, compassion, and dedication. She is passionate about educating men and their partners about common sexual health concerns, and their treatment options. Robyn successfully creates a comfortable space where men can talk freely about their health concerns, and with NEMH, patients will have a team of professionals who can help them achieve their goals in life and the bedroom.

Beyond her impressive professional achievements, Robyn is an avid gardener and has a true green thumb. She is also a world traveler with her favorite destinations being the Cape, Florida, and Italy.
